1. Shipping methods.

2. Shipping costs and time.

2.1 Shipping country: Poland

- FREE DELIVERY.
- Shipping time from the moment the order is placed - 5-10 business days.
- Shipping time from sending - 1-2 business days.

2.2 Shipping country: Czech Republic, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary.

- Orders over € 199 - FREE DELIVERY.
- Orders below € 199 - shipping cost € 20.
- Shipping time from the moment the order is placed - 5-14 business days.
- Shipping time from sending - 2-4 business days.

2.3 Shipping country: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, Italy, United Kingdom.

- Orders over € 199 - FREE DELIVERY.
- Orders below € 199 - shipping cost € 20.
- Shipping time from the moment the order is placed - 5-14 business days.
- Shipping time from sending - 2-5 business days.

2.4 Other countries: if shipping is not possible due to COVID-19 or other obstacles the order may be cancelled - in this case the money will be refunded immediately.

- Orders below € 199 - shipping cost € 75.
- Shipping time from the moment the order is placed - 10-14 business days.
- Shipping time from sending - 4-8 business days.


3. Shipment tracking

After sending the shipment, we will send a confirmation of the order, along with a link where you can track your package. Sometimes the monitoring system needs several hours to register a shipment.

4. Shipment arrived damaged.

This is not a common situation but it can happen. In the event that the package arrived damaged, ask the courier to write down a damage report. If for some reason this is not possible or you find damage after delivery - please contact us:  yours@cotec.pet or +48 600 994 312. Do not worry, we will not leave you with this problem and we will find a satisfactory solution.

5. Shipment did not arrive

This is an extremely rare situation but if it happens - keep calm because we will take care of everything. Let us know: yours@cotec.pet or +48 600 994 312. If we are unable to locate the shipment within 2-5 days - we will send the order again.
